Us

Nestled beneath Edinburgh Castle, with stunning views from our back-door which flows seamlessly into the lush green Greyfriars Kirkyard, is the Grassmarket Centre.

The Centre lives among the picturesque streets of Victoria Street, Candlemaker Row and the Grassmarket Old Town area – a unique retail, restaurant and pub district in one of the most beautiful cities in the world – the ‘Athens of the North’.

We can offer you a sit down wedding breakfast for up to 90 people, and/or a buffet and evening reception for up to 200 guests.

We offer a unique wedding event experience – combining the new with the old and delivered by a highly experienced team with an ethical twist. Your wedding at the Grassmarket Centre, part of the multi-award winning social enterprise and charity Grassmarket Community Project, will bring joy and happiness to countless people and not just your guests!
